North Caucasians perhaps. South Caucasians not really.

They're not Europeans in my opinion.

Who ? Katie Melua will pass as European :D
Europe is a geographical region, in which the Caucasus does not fall in! But if we were talking about appearances, then surrounding regions should be similar. I would say Caucasian, but not European, but South Caucasians are Indo-European speakers, when the majority of the North Caucasus aren't ...
I consider a large number of Georgians and a small number of Armenians to be racially and culturally European.

Caucasians are depigmentated middleasterners.

People around the Caucasus are NOT part of the European continuum which stretches from the Atlantic to the Urals, where Western Uralic speakers (Volga region) are significantly less West Eurasian than Caucasus populations but are nonetheless part of the "European club" in terms of ancestry.
As for how Caucasus people look, as a group they don't look European at all. You may find a lot of individuals who can pass easily in some European countries but so do people in the MENA region. Caucasus main advantage over MENAs would only be [de]pigmentation.
BTW, Armenians aren't really a Caucasus people but an Anatolian people (Armenian highlands) thus the pigmentation thing doesn't apply to them as they aren't known for their light features at all.

Caucasian populations are genetically intermediate between Europeans and Near Easterners, but that they are more closely related to Near Easterners overall

^ The intermediate thing doesn't mean anything usually. Here, they are intermediate because near easterners are African-shifted.

They are considered MENA people on DNA tests.
