My marker falls in both German and French. What about you guys?

No, it's just what we've inherited from our parents. My DNA probably looks more similar to an Irish persons, whilst his probably looks more like a Norwegian persons. I suppose it is quite common in Northern England, especially with families who have some Irish ancestry.

He doesn't seem to be, he's not in my brother's RF and he doesn't share anything with my brother.
