Is there some sort of reference as to what the Hair Morphology SNP (rs260690) here entails and what the SNP values might represent? For whatever it's worth, my paternal/maternal uncles and my values at the rs17646946, which also determines hair morphology, is; AG (in Europeans, straighter hair on average per 23andMe), GG (in Europeans , slightly curlier hair on average) and GG respectively. In reality, though, my paternal uncle has only fairly straight hair and my maternal uncle, despite being GG, has very silky and straight hair. My GG at rs17646946 corroborates with my actual hair morphology, which is very wavy.
