You may well be 100% European, but its unlikely. What you fit best
is a mix of Italian and from actual India. Nothing else fits well at all.
This actually means that you are either some sort of mix from those areas,
or from somewhere in between. You do not, however, fit as Adygei
(near Georgia or Armenia) at all well, even as a mix. Draw a curve line
from Italy to India, avoiding Palestine and other Arab areas which you really
don't fit ( despite the 14% bleedthrough from Europe and India).

I think the European on 23andMe Ancestry Painting is WesternEuroasian not litteraly European
