"The man of the future will be of mixed race. Today's races and classes will gradually disappear owing to the vanishing of space, time, and prejudice. The Eurasian-Negroid race of the future, similar in its appearance to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples with a diversity of individuals."

Yangtze River Valley

The oldest pottery is found southern China dating from 15000BC, rice cultivation from 12000BC also in the same region. More insterestingly, from the same region surfaced the oldest swastika is from 8000BC in China, arguably also the oldest in the world, but I am not sure yet.

Could be the coastal area of southeast Asia as well, there is evidence that some prosperous cultures were there around 10000BC. We can think about prehistorical Indian penisula, Melanesia, Taiwan generally, and the possible land which was submerged during the last 8000 years due to rise of the sea level.
