There are many Filipinos in Hollywood but the roles or the persona they partake is basically non-specific ethnic minority. I appreciate many celebrities like Rob Schneider, Nicole Scherzinger and Black Eyed Peas singer Apl.d.ap to have had embraced their ethnic roots.
Here is a partial list of Hollywood celebrities with Filipino ancestry.
Vanessa Minnillo
Vanessa Hudgens
Tia Carrere
Anna Maria Perez de Tagle
Bruno Mars
Cassie
Cheryl Burke
Dante Basco
Darren Cris
Enrique Iglesias
Ernie Reyes Jr.
Jasmine Villegas
Lou Diamond Phillips
Michael Copon
Monique Lhuillier
Napoleon D'umo
Nicole Scherzinger
Paolo Montalban
Phoebe Cates
Raquel Gibson
Rob Schneider
Shannyn Sossamon
Charice Pempengco
Marc Dacascos
Tamlyn Tomita
Victoria Recaño
She was in Fast Times at Ridgemont High in like, '82 or '83. The main character saw her get out of a pool or something, ran off and then got caught masturbating in the bathroom afterwards.
Haven't seen the movie in a million years, but she was it in her day.
My personal favorites are Shannyn Sossamon (she's so gorgeous!), Marc Dacascos (from the movie The Crow), and Dante Basco (voice of Zuko in Avatar)

Most of them are half-American...but not all are half Caucasian. Like Bruno Mars, who is half Puerto Rican, Cassie who is half-Mexican/Black, Apl.D.Ap half African-American, Tia Carrere, who is half-Hawaiian, Jasmine Villegas who is half-Mexican and Tamlyn Tomita, who is half-Japanese.
The others are pure Filipino, like Paolo Montalban, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Dante Basco, Ernie Reyes Jr. and Charice Pempengco.
