I read on the forum many peoples use that term. I never heard about that term before join the forum .
For me Patronizing sound like "Patronus" who was the name give to the protector during roman empire , and racism is racism . So the two words are like antagonism, so I don't really understand that term . I have an idea , but I don't think , it's correct .
Patronising is to treat someone as an infant or invalid through your words or ideas (exact definition: 1.Treat with an apparent kindness that betrays a feeling of superiority)
Patronising racism might be the thought of treating a race or ethnic group with a certain soft approach because they are inferior or unable to do something (for example, many people consider foreign aid to be patronising racism)
The alternative (and obviously root) meaning of the word, "acting like a customer (patron)," is basically obsolete as far as I can tell, at least when speaking colloquially.

So can you tell me. How it could be definite .
Well sure let me give you an example in respect to the U.S.
White middle and upper class leftists in the U.S. co-opt blacks into the democratic party through a patronizing racism.
The democratic white leadership gives black leadership in cities political and financial incentives and Federal handouts to those particular communities and in return those specific black leaders pump out the votes for Democrat candidates.
Another example is abortion and the democratic party. The U.S. white left pushes abortion knowing full well that most abortions are among blacks and Mexicans. Hence it's a patronizing eugenics. Vote for us and we will give your communities leadership political appointments and handouts and in return let us abort your communities excess population with abortion clinics on every street corner so as our high end coffee shops and designer-dog parks are not flooded with minorities.
It works quite well.
Such are a few examples of patronizing racism.
I drive by huge Democratic-Party sponsored billboards every day that promote abortion to black communities with a picture of a young black girl with the saying "Scared? We can help!" (We can abort your black child for you for free, compliments of the white left)
