That's actually quite interesting. I didn't show signs of Lactose Intolerance until my 20s. My sister who is one year younger than me can consume dairy just fine. Yogurt, ice-cream, and milk just about cripples me.lol

It's common for people to lose tolerance as they grow older because dairy isn't "needed" as much. Though I've been conditioned to tolerate dairy but I never liked milk, ever. Just a smelly, white goopey animal byproduct that will forever make me nauseous and want to throw up. Was sadly force fed the stuff as a kid :P

I can drink chocolate milk, eat butter and eat cheese, that's about the extent though. Plain, white milk will literally put me on the couch in a ball.

I also suffer a lot from this when I digest large amounts of dairy foods. But luckily, I read several home remedies on the internet then follow them.
Lemon juice can work wonder as one of the great home remedies for lactose intolerance. It aids in treating effectively stomach ache caused by lactose intolerance.
    How to apply:
Add lemon juice to warm water
Mix the solution with a little honey to improve the taste
    Consume the mixture before meals
Also, Apple cider vinegar helps reducing lactose intolerance since it is potential for digestions, particularly in the beginning stages. Apple cider vinegar can act as an effective home remedies for neutralizing digestive-related problems and stomach acid resulted from lactose intolerance.
    How to apply:
Add one tablespoon of fresh apple cider vinegar in a cup of water
Consume it regularly for a few weeks.
There are about more than 15 ways to cure this lactose intolerance symptom.
I hope people will get on well with this.
I'm having the best condition at the moment.
