Well, I know it's definitely above the Indian average of 5'5 or 5'6. I'm not sure if there are any measurements of the average Punjabi height. Although, I know Jatts are stereotyped to be tall. The average male in my family (immediate + first/second cousins) is probably around 6'0 to 6'2.
My sister is 5'11-6'0 and my mother is 5'8. The shortest adult female in my immediate family + first cousins is 5'5.

Also, try to find Pakistani and Haryanvi Jatts if you can. I'm not as familiar with them but they're is quite a bit of them. Enkidu, does Azad Kashmir have a lot of Jatts? I heard Mirpuris are often Jatt.

Probably 5'8", at most. When I go back to my parents area in Pakistan's Punjab, I'm almost always among the top 10% in height and I'm 6'1" barefoot .... I have a lot of "brown" friends from various desi backgrounds, and almost always among the tallest quintile of guys. Hell, I even went to school with predominately non-immigrant whites in Canada, and I was taller than most of them too...I think the average of Canadian males is 5'9" too. According to this, it's 5.8.5"...
Heights are greatly exaggerated....esp. by men. Either that or most people aren't measuring properly or I'm underestimating.
