I was raised Protestant, but I chose Catholicism. I had a strict Southern Baptist upbringing. We went to church twice a week. Sundays, and Wednesdays. The honest truth is that I hated it. Explaining why would take too much time.
When I was 14, I started getting into reading about European history, and Theology. Decided the Catholic Church was a truer, and older form of Christianity, and that I wanted to convert when I reached adulthood. So I did.
These days, I sometimes feel like all religions are fairy tales and social curiosities, and I lapse back into near-atheism. Then I feel bad about it, go back to church, and it helps me to feel more centered, and mentally balanced. It's happened a lot within the past 4 years.

I'm agnostic because I've been presented with no evidence of a god, therefor I couldn't logically join a religion. I'm not an atheist because that implies that I know there is no god with 100% certainty. I'm comfortable in saying that I don't know.

I dont believe unless there is evidence to present something which one can believe in, therefore its just a lack of something towards something which has yet to be proven.. but dont worry, you can be agnostic about the pink rabbit in space if you want to, after all, its not hurting anyone![]()

Catholic with agnostic tendancies.
I was raised Catholic and have great respect for the religion. My family focused more on the overall message of kindness and good deeds rather than the strict traditions and rules.
"The Bracari were an ancient Celtic tribe of Gallaecia, akin to the Calaicians or Gallaeci, living in the northwest of modern Portugal, in the province of Minho, between the rivers Tâmega and Cávado, around the area of the modern city of Braga.
Appian wrote they were a very warlike people. According to him, The Bracari women warriors fought defending their town "never turning, never never showing their backs, or uttering a cry", preferring death to captivity."
