Well if there was a simple and successful way of changing sex, would you take that option or maybe you like being the way you are.
Maybe you could try it for afew years and switch, attempt to get pregnant and see how it feels.

I think women have to proof less in order to be successful. Or, women are more often allowed to be mediocre compared to men. Does this make sense? Men need to be more competitive. The number one reason women usually go for men older than themselves.
Sure, women have challenges too, like they have to prove themselves twice to be taken seriously in leadership roles. The physically weaker. They are expected to work and often still do most of the shores in most households. They have to undergo pregnancy. They menstruate. Etc... The latter two are also why I'm always assume women have a higher 'pain barrier'.

changing sex would require a change of the brain too, well if you want to feel as a real woman, and changing the brain is unacceptable, even more unacceptable than switching penis with a vagina. so no ^^

Changing your Y-chromosome with an X-chromosome would inevitably change your persona indeed. And no one wants to be like those rare females with a Y-chromosome.
