I decided to do a thread to see if you guys can help me out with her results, she has send her rawdata to McDonald twice and got different responses. Maybe Lemba can help me on this.
Her first results she got from McDonald
Most likely fit is 34.4% (+- 0.3%) Europe (various subcontinents)
and 16.4% (+- 1.0%) Africa(all East Africa)
and 49.2% (+- 0.8%) America (all Native (Central) American)
The following are possible population sets and their fractions,
most likely at the top
Which looks very good. This is Latin American.
Doug McDonald
This is what she got a few days ago when she decided to send McDonald her rawdata again, this time with no Spanish ancestry.

Irish=0.347 T-Ethiop=0.154 Maya=0.500 or
Finland=0.341 T-Ethiop=0.175 Maya=0.484 or
Irish=0.346 A-Ethiop=0.154 Maya=0.500 or
Finland=0.341 A-Ethiop=0.175 Maya=0.484
This is not typical Latin American, which usually is Spanish and just plain Mayan. However, the Na-Dene can be replace by lots of Siberian places, so its probably just an indication that it has something from the north of the real Maya added in.
But it is in the general flavor of the typical Latin American.
The Asian seen on the X chromosome and almost not all on the autosomes is also unusual and I have no idea whether it means anything.
Seems the most probable as mcdonald noted, he is almost a perfect mestizo! Now his African compnoent is whats confusing it is Definetely not as high as mcdonald put it in the first panel, but its also not as low as it is in this bolded panel. The Ethiopian in the first panel is a mistake, it just means your friend has ALOT of west asian, and seems to also have alot of north-african. The Moroccan is more admixed then the mozabite with recent African ancestry, therefore it will pull down his African percent slightly. He's likely about 10% Mena, 5-6% west-african.
As far as the European the irish and finnish in the first panels mean that he might have some eastern european ancestry, such as german. I dont think mcdonald has germans. I think this mexican may have recent german or non-spanish eastern european ancestry.
Also, although its hard to tell with people with low African admixture < ~10% . It seems that one of your friends parents had NO African admixture, so one parent is 0-2% African and the other is 7-10%. When he has more native populations it will be cool to see how people match in his panels.

Interesting, my friend told me she has eastern europeans and northern europeans on relative finder. From what i know is that her maternal grandmother believed her father had recent "Italian" ancestry, and they were wealthy people living in Mexico City. She definitly doesnt have Italian ancestry, but some other European.
I told my friend to do DNA Tribes since they have more samples.
