I don't know what "exotic" is supposed to mean here. That depends on where you're from. I guess there are quite a few posters here who would find the following critters as somewhat "exotic".

    American buffalo:

    Prairie rattlesnake:

    Northern scorpion:

"The Earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the endless cruelties visited by the inhabitants of one corner of this pixel on the scarcely distinguishable inhabitants of some other corner, how frequent their misunderstandings, how eager they are to kill one another, how fervent their hatreds. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors so that, in glory and triumph, they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot." - Carl Sagan

It's extremely rare and also the most hated animal we have (after the bloody mosquitoes). It has magic powers to stop literally any building project if there is even a hint of possibility that this guy is around somewhere near the site.

"The Bracari were an ancient Celtic tribe of Gallaecia, akin to the Calaicians or Gallaeci, living in the northwest of modern Portugal, in the province of Minho, between the rivers Tâmega and Cávado, around the area of the modern city of Braga.
Appian wrote they were a very warlike people. According to him, The Bracari women warriors fought defending their town "never turning, never never showing their backs, or uttering a cry", preferring death to captivity."
