Default Negrito mtDNA = Influence Thai and Malaysians appearance?

IS REALLY STRANGE... I'm still wondering why Thai and Malaysians looked the way they do, could it be due to their australoid mtDNA admixture or is because that's the look of Southeast Asian people?

Negrito mtDNA M21a is predominant in semangs like Batek 48% and Mendriq 84%, in total Semang have 43% M21a and total Orang ansli is 21% M21a. But according to two studies M21a is also found in 6.9% of Thais if we count R22 is 7.8%. In 2 Malaysian studies M21a is found at 4.4% and 4.6% and if we add Q, P, R22 than is 7.3%. Thailand does not have have any australoid Y-DNA but Malaysians have 3% Y-DNA M1.

    Here's the mtDNA table.

Haplogroup Q, P, M21a, R22 are considered australoid marker, in this study the presence of B4a1a1 an polynesian motif mtDNA marker would also be considered as sign of admixture from polynesian female (or better said partial australoid admixture)

Here's the study for the M21a in Semang groups.

Anyway that means Thailand have 7.8% australoid admixture and Malaysians have 10% australoid admixture, that is significant admixture, and that would mean everyone of them would have bit of this australoid blood in them but I'm not sure if that's the result of their modern appearance.

    JUST LOOK AT THAIS.

    JUST LOOK AT MALAYSIANS.

But look at the Taiwan aborigines who are genetically East Asian but 0% of australoid admixture yet they look just like Southeast Asians malay
