Default Estimating Jomon components in Japanese and Okinawans

An genetic study claimed that Japanese have 23.1∼39% Jomon components and 54.3∼62.3% Jomon componets in Ryukyuans.

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3320058/

However this study has been somewhat critisized by dienekes, properbly overestimating Jomon components in Japanese and Okinawans.
    http://dienekes.blogspot.co.uk/2012/...cestry-in.html

Some people think this study is correct claiming that Japanese are 33% Jomon and Okinawans are 62% Jomon. I'm not saying this study is 100% wrong, but let's say if this study is correct there are some problem that needs to be clarified and answered. If Okinawans are really 54.2-60% Jomon than why don't their people look Ken hirai or Abe hiroshi, I'm expecting them to look less East Asian than Uyghurs and Kazakhs Although Jomon and Ainu are genetically mongoloid, like the Ameridians, both of them possess proto-mongoloid phenotypes that are unlike East Asian neo-mongoloid Chinese, Korean, Mongolian, Tibetan but can look Caucasoidish.

    Uyghurs (over 50% caucasoid)

    Kazakhs (around 30% caucasoid)

Genetic admixture may not directly correlate with an admixed appearance.

I'm admixed and I don't look like it at all.

Many of those negrito populations are genetically mongoloid and they don't really look the part.

The similarities between Pekingman and modern Mongoliods leads me to believe that East Asian phenotypes have a foundation in some yet to be discovered Archaic population. Ainu are not proto mongoliods. I believe Pekingman and others like him are.

The Australoids seem to have significant Denisovan and Neanderthal Admixture, and to my eyes, it shows. Caucasoid have significant Neanderthal Admixture and to my eyes, it shows. Africans have Archaic admixture. The missing piece of the puzzle are the mongoliods and I sure some future study is going to find the evidence.
