    Default Admixture Painting of X-Chromosome

I was wondering if any of the Gedmatch.com calculators isolate the X chromosome and do an admixture painting. I've seen it for chromosomes 1 -22 but can't recall one for X.

The problem is the publicly available population data does not have X chromosome data. Don't get your hopes up too high , but various comments at 23andme's forum state the next generation ancestry painting will include the X.

deCodeme painted the ancestry for both the 22 chromosomes and the X chromosomes years ago.

I have done X-chromosome painting tests for the Fennoscandia BGA project, it appears to work. There is alot of publically available X-chromosome data worldwide, you just need to design the analysis and get it done.
