to me the man looks more standard than the woman
the woman has a distinct trailer, inbred, po white, meth user look
so no, she doesn't look representative
both are kinda dark for avg white Americans

on the meth user look. I morphed up White Americans from all regions, so thats why both are darker than usual. If I took out the Italian Americans, the morph would be alot lighter. But you're right about regional variation. My rural White Southerner morph has a mestizo like appearance I'll post some regional morphs later.
