So how come they can call us names, but when we decide to utter the word, "nigger", suddenly they are crying out RACISM. They can call us cracker, snow flake, etc. but we are forbiden to call them names? WTF !? Black people have issues.

Do you honestly believe all or most blacks sit around and call each other nigger (nigga) in a regular basis? How many blacks do you know and have you known? Obviously not many. I and most black people I know (which I'm certain is far more than you know) feel offended when other blacks use the term or variations of. It is almost always the lower class ghetto people who speak like this and they are also usually quite young. Most blacks (at least in America) are not poor, don't live in ghettos, and don't sit around and call each other "nigger all the time". That is pure nonsense.
This is not even a complicated issue. For the sake of civility in society you should call people what they wish to be called and not "out of their name" out of respect for people in society with you if anything else.
In no society on earth that I"m aware of, is it okay to call people whatever you wish whenever you wish it.

Well the fact that term has been used to demean the Black race, and also to mock them. First the N-word is symbol of the worst and the lowest type of person, at least what the White Anglo-Saxon precived of them, and thus why Arabs for example are called Sand Niggers, or Eskimos Snow Niggers or even the Native Americans are called Piraire niggers.
The word Nigger is the demonization and dehumanizing them.

SMH, you're getting caught up in semantics. Negro isn't something I would get offended by, nor Negroid. People who bitch about that are PC junkies. It's not the latin root of the word "nigger" that's offensive, it's not what it's derived from or what it's similar to. It's simply the implication.
It would be interesting to see how those who say, or believe 'ni&&er is only offensive in America and to black Americans' are treated. Especially in English speaking countries new Zealand etc. Or partial ones in Africa. Imagine them trying to explain that to a black south African or dark Polynesian.
