I've tested some fairly unusually North African and West Asian shifted Sicilians. Didn't ask where they were from, but they slightly pulled out of the Sicilian clusters from academic samples sets.

Who did they come out most like? Cypriots? Moroccan Jews? I have seen some people from the northeast of the island come out like Cypriots, and some people in Palermo/Agrigento very close to Moroccan Jews.

For what it's worth, your "West Sicily" sample on Eurogenes is so far removed from almost all Sicilians I've seen, except those from Trapani. Most people in Palermo, Agrigento and Caltanissetta are closer to East Sicilian, South Italian, or even Italian Jewish on your calculators.
