The last name Ybor is unknown to me. Ybarra, on the other hand, it is usually spelled Ibarra, and is relatively common. So much that it has its family crest, too.

There is an Ybor City in Tampa, Fla. It used to be Tampa's old Cuban barrio, in the 19th Century. It was named after José Ybor, a Spanish immigrant. So Ybor is a Spanish name, but no idea as to what area in Spain it's mostly found.

Ybarra/Ibarra is a basque surname found in most of Spanish-speaking Spain. It means valley in basque language according to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basque_surnames

Both are basque surnames, Ibarra meaning "the valley" and Ibor "flowing water".
