    Default famous dynasty holes

are there already those being revealed by genetics ?
People who claim for a long documented ancestry with a hole now
    being revealed by Y-sequencing ?

    English,Dutch,Danish,Spanish,Netherland,Swedish ... Queen/King,
    Japanese,Chinese emperor,Russian Tsar, ...

Some of them could have been illegitime with a bastard inbetween
Some prince or princess having a castle-employee as father

And would it be possible with modern genetics to find such holes ?

    Theoretically, in some cases, yes.

The problem is, many kings do not have direct descendants around today. Hundreds of entire dynasties have been extinguished in the male line.
