Anybody with half-a-brain should know that the Rich/Elites do not care one iota for the poor except what they socially are obligated (physically forced) to pay (in taxes). And, many of the richest/wealthiest find loopholes out of paying taxes. This creates economic disparity and extortion until entire economies & societies fall.

    It is about owing "who"-"what".

When the Rich no longer feel they —owe— the very system that supported them, allowed them to climb the financial ladder, and lined their pockets with gold… then the entire system will crash.

Money is Debt; people & economists largely seem to forget this fact.

And that is what the USA is in for within a few decades… Bankrupt economy + very low taxation + extensive war/military budget + selling loan/debt to the Chinese = inevitable Catastrophe.

What is going to happen when the shit hits the fan?

All the Amerikan aristocrats are going to pack their bags, fly their private jets to China (ie. traitors), or take refuge on their private islands out on the Pacific Ocean. I only hope they get hunted-down.

Yeah it is all unfortunate but the class war is still waging regardless. Worst part is that the class war transcends both political parties so much that supposed socialist Barrack Obama renewed the bush tax cuts. There was no genuine necessity for him to reinstate the cuts, especially when we need money to decrease the deficit. Those tax cuts were fancy provisions to help tide wealthy people over to the bush administration, like a frosting on a cake. Why do we need such appeasing tax cuts for the wealthy when we have such a large national debt?

Conservatives have been making statements to the american people to "get ready" for the bad times ahead, and that it will be hard for them trying to pay back all the reckless (republican) government spending.

In reality the wealthy have a better standing now with taxes than they have in years and it is all because of an imaginary fear of the government expanding.

In my opinion it died at the moment FD Roosevelt became president of the USA.

The hypothetical problem with the Trickle-down economy is rich people wont sped more money than the necessary (see Marlow law) and the will save the rest (in my opinion that is a fallacy because in real life inflation impulse people to invest instead of save).

But in the real life we have already seen how Reagan and GW Bush Trickle-down economies helped the situation. Also it is not fair to Tax more on rich people if they are less than 20% and it was needed more then 50% to vote the politician that waste the reserves.

Even if don't like it it will never happen rich people is to powerful to let that happen and the workers will be the taxpayers, so the conclusion it is always better a small and cheap government.

Capitalism isn't dead, far from it; capitalism is probably stronger than it ever has been. However (and this is an important however), capitalism is not sustainable in the long run, and capitalism is literally destroying our biosphere as we speak. If we wish to survive as a species, we literally must kill capitalism as we know it today, or at least heavily reform and/or regulate capitalism with the environment in mind.

In fact, they are not even the Europeans in strict sense, meaning European as in bearing the responsibility and understanding of European interests. Poland has always been an subordinate country, on one side sucking German dick, on the other side -- Russian one, some kind of "novice" europeans, who are full of inferiority complexes, hysteria and obsessity neuroses. This is also true for all Baltic countries

One thing scientists have learned from recent studies of mass extinctions ... life will survive. People who don't actually read scientific journals always jump to the conclusion we are destroying our world with global warming oops I mean climate change.

We'll if one actually reads real science journals the earth has been a lot more colder, hotter, wetter and dryer in the past. There were periods with very high CO2 or volcanic activity much more than today. Life as a hole will survive and evolve under the worst of conditions.

Now with that said yes we can certainly move to cleaner more reusable energy. We can move to eating less resource intensive food like bugs instead of beef and many other changes. Personally I like beef and will pay for it if I can afford it even if beef is 100X the price of bugs. Capitalism just needs a monetary incentive to change our society. The only other option for change is Draconian like China's former one child rule.
