    Well.

I agree if your point is showing the people the absurd of the term Aryan when it is applicated to racial classifications.

but the people of Kashmir are a bit eurasian looking anyways regarding of caste, it has nothing to do with being brahmin or not, its just where kashmir is geographically placed between central asia and south asia

I've never seen this, but rather heard fabricated stories about brahmins supposedly looking more "europoid". They fit in with the majority central/south Asians, these pictures tell it well, only some of the more northern south Asians may have these looks.

Even Northern Brahmins don't look European at all. It's a concocted lie by British-Indian mixes who push it.

Look at them. Tinted skin, no long jawline such as many Europeans. Dark features. They aren't white. British-Indian mixed delude themselves.

Yeah I agree, in regards to northerners it wouldn't be appropriate to call it "europoid", only a few Kashmiris may have these looks. The British made many lies in regards to their supposed involvement in South Asian history, they claimed original Aryans came from the British Isles/Western European regions, which is complete bs.

Also, those are pictures of Bengali's from this film: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1264880/

I've just seen Punjabi Brahmins (can't talk for others), and they looked typical for me, perhaps a bit fairer because of their socio-economic conditions (other castes work in agriculture.) This guy is a Punjabi Brahmin, and the only thing European is his family name - Butt :

^ true it depends on the region, the (butt) name is from kashmir, like i said kashmiries look like that regardless of caste because of where they are placed geographically between central/south asia

Well there are Indians on the net who I'd consider "europoid". It's probably just how the term is interpreted.

Never heard about the Aryan/British thing you wrote about.

I've read that it was a generic name amongst (North Indian) Brahmins, like Sharma can be.
'Butt' sounds typical in Punjab, and is associated with Punjabi 'upper-class' (in order to avoid the term 'Brahmin' amongst Muslims.)

Lol, no (I said that only his name sounds European, and, well 'Butt' means something not really honourable in English I think).
