    Landscape isn't people's work. Norway would have the same fjords and mountains even if it was populated by Irishmen only.

    Personally i think sweden has the best landscape since it's so varying. We have most of Norway's, Finland's and Denmark's nature.

    Well, humans also plant forests, dig canals and if budget allows can even create mountains. Ugly? Artificial? Of course, but it also counts as 'landscape'.

    It's like my trips to Wallonia. It's the only means of not leaving Belgium (not that I'm attached to it) and actually seeing nature. Interesting region because it's both ugly (post-industrial rust belt) and beautiful (Ardennes).
