yea seems like a good number of Jamaican have ancestors coming from the east side of the Comoe River which include Ghana and the east side of Ivory Coast and probably northern Ghana/South Burkina Faso cause although high IVC/GH % from AncestryDNA indicate not only Akan but also Kru, South Mande and Gur Ancestry.... in the case of Jamaica it is probably an indicator of Akan or Gur
