"Punjabi Alpinoid" makes no sense IMO. It may have more to do with robustness.
It doesn't exist. That's why. If you want to use those old school anthropology terms, there would be Punjabis who would be Indo-Brachid and robust Indo-Brachid (i.e. some type of South Asian variation of Cromagnoid). It's possible that local variations of a classification look different from state to state but there is no such thing as a Punjabi Alpinoid.

Yes, I'm surprised there aren't threads on certain South Asian groups like Punjabis, Tulu etc. I'm honestly contemplating started threads on some South Asian groups by myself in the Human Variation section.

I think many of them flocked to other anthroforums after this one got hijacked. Anthroforums are usually filled with south Asians. Also I think a lot of the south Asian threads have been over-discussed and over debated in the past, no need of resurrecting the same old topics. It's all a matter of reading what's already there.

What are the other anthroforums? I joined this because it seemed like there was a lot of good topics on here, didn't realize the membership on here of South Asians is dead. This place seems to consist of discussions on harnizo/castizo/etc, terms I have never heard of even though I am familiar with Latinos. Maybe they don't discuss those terms in real life just like Indians don't discuss who is Aryan or Dravidian in real life LOL.

Safe to say all the South Asians are on anthrogenica. Seems like the European section and Hindi section are the two major active communities there.

migration within south asian is generally unidirectional in the past 2 millenium . people steadily migrate down south. number of proto australoids in south india get more and more mixed with the scythians, aryans, turkish people. state of kerala is a good example where indo-proto-australoids would constitute less than 10% of population.
