I posted my interpretome pics some time ago, but my pics got deleted from imgur.

    Anyway,

HGDP World: I plot between Africans and a bit further away towards Near Easterns.

HGDP African: I plot between Mozabites, Bantu Speakers Northern and Bantu Speakers Southern.

HGDP European: I plot more towards Southern Europeans.

HAPMAP World: I plot between ASW and MKK.

POPRES European: Lol, I actually looked at this PCA the wrong way, I am blind sometimes. I thought Spain was closer but it wasnt. The countries who are the closest to me are:

    1. Italy
    2. Serbia and Montenegro
    3. Cyprus
    4. Greece
    5. Spain
    6. Portugal

POPRES African: I plot between Southern Moroccans, Mozabites, Fulanis, and Masaai.

I'd say that Interpretome is (for me) pretty accurate. I used the highest amount of SNP's possible to get a accurate result.

it claims to only work with 23andme etc... and not AncestryDNA but my raw AncestryDNA file seemed to work fine as it is giving sane sensible results -- what's up with that ? This is the POPRES European results :

Looks like it has me mostly clustering with the British(many british flags) then the Irish (one Irish flags) then the Dutch (one dutch flag) an then to a lesser extent Scandinavians.

I am going to try to convert my ancestrydna file to 23andme format and see if I get different results.

One of the world maps had me clustering with both near easterners and Europeans which doesn't make much sense to me since I was clustering more with near easterners and I am 96% or 97% NorthWest European and 99% West Eurasian.

Anyway, these are my results from the European PCA charts, both of them :

Anyway, it is hard to see but the first one has me clustered with northern Europeans and the third Irish, British and Dutch and to a lesser extent Swedish/German.

I converted my FTdna file.. I don´t know how accurate it is. Anyway, I want to make YSEQ's "Whole Genome Test (15x)", the best genetical test(s) you can currently find. It consists of something better than BigY, mtdna full sequence and an autosomal test (will be converted into 23 and me format) in wich much more SNPs are analyzed.

When I change the y-axis to PC4 (POPRES dataset) then I get these results:

I am very far away from Europeans:
