Lappa proposed them to remove marker CTS10228 from first round testing and in it's place test for Y4460 and moving it (together with Z17855) to negative result of:

    1) L161.1-
    FGC7126-
    Y4460-
    S17250-

so the second round would test for:
    F3145, CTS10228, CTS10936, CTS8239, Z17855

But according to Dr Thomas Krahn:

I am going for that panel soon, hope to get the results in 3-4 weeks (! - YSEQ strives to have the results in 2 weeks time), then I will start to shoot single SNPs to go as far as I can within my Y-haplo.

Here's a nice tree of SNPs as done by Lappa (thanks! - I hope you won't kick my ass for sharing it )

Here's a call to all I2a-Dins - please use this opportunity to test yourself as we are in great need to map history of our Y-haplo to understand the geographical locations of most common subclades. Another very "old" mutation has been reported in Poland, meaning we are to change I2a-Din into I2a-Pol or I2a-Slavic... whatever...

As soon as I have my results I will report them in this thread, in the meantime your inputs are more than welcome!
I did the test at YSEQ and for me it turned out S17250+, Y5596+/BY128+, Z16971+, A815+.
The test is not finished yet (A5875 still need to be tested).
My oldest known ancestor is from north Croatia ( born 1754).
