    You should've posted this in the genetics section. I can't get rid of the trolls here.

    I remember this David Noi claiming a while back that Andronovo were Asiatics. Now we have their genomes, and David Noi looks like an idiot. But he's trolling.

    My mistake, I am sorry.
    Can we ask Elias to move it to the genetic section?

    Is there a possibility that Corded Ware is not derived from Yamna?
    So no big migration from Yamna, but rather population ancestral to Yamna and CW moved to the west?

    I'm using the same settings, parameters and the same >100 ancient samples in every run. One consistent pattern is that Hungarian BA and Lithuanian BA samples show up all the time:

    CA = Copper Age
    BA = Bronze Age
    LBA = Late BA
    IA = Iron Age

    Here is the same model (with the same >100 samples) for British and Irish populations:

    CA = Copper Age
    BA = Bronze Age
    MBA = Middle BA
    LBA = Late BA
    IA = Iron Age
    EMA = Early Medieval

    It's not a possibility, it's a reality. The Corded Ware derive their paternal ancestry from a group that was autosomally identical to the Yamnaya but were nevertheless dominated by a different Y-DNA lineage. Perhaps something like Sredny Stog will turn out to have many similarities to the group that entered Central Europe.

    Would this mean this ancestral population to be the real PIE and CWC -Yamnaya split the first PIE split?

    Geralt remained silent. Tired, he had nothing to say. “How... How will it happen?” he asked her at last, coldly and without emotion. “I will take you by the hand,” she replied, looking him straight in the eye. “I will take you by the hand and lead you across the meadow, through a cold and wet fog.” “And after? What is there beyond the fog?” “Nothing,” she replied, smiling. “After that, there is nothing.”

    So please be so kind and use the correct moniker, until those Yamnaya R1a samples are released from Stredny Stogg- use the term "Yamnaya-like"

    What, so being "autosomally identical to Yamnaya" is different from being "Yamnaya-like"? Contain your autism and go bother someone else with your semantics.

    I have added more ancient samples and now I have about 250.

    I made a run for Early Medieval RISE569 with older ancients:

    Early Slavic Czech, RISE569:
