Question Can Dwayne Johnson pass as Native in the Americas?

Can Dwayne Johnson fit as a Native American or of indigenous descent in the Americas?

I think he can fit in pretty easy despite his Samoan-Black Canadian heritage. To me if there is a Hollywood movie regarding Native Americans or Amerindians, it would make a lot more sense of him to play as as a Native than using actors of European descent.

If there was a movie about Native Americans they should cast Indigenous peoples or people significantly mixed with Indigenous American, whether from the US, Mexico, Guatemala or somewhere else.

The best choice would be either a US Native American or Mexican American, as many US tribes were related to those in Mexico.

Absolutely Agree. Do you think he can pass as Native or mixed with Native in the Americas?

    No, I don't think so.

From what I've heard of others, they think he either looks racially ambiguous or that he just looks Samoan.

I think he can pass for Native American, but with the right make up, sure. He looks more Samoan to me, but I can definitely tell he is part black.

I think he looks like a stereotypical Samoan, even though he does bear a resemblence to his father.

His father is actually from my neck of the woods.

Melanesians are not related to Sub-Saharans, they are closely related to ancient South Asians. If Polynesians are "part black" so are South Indians, Bengalis, Sri Lankans who are also related to them.
