The Horn of Africa is very unlikely since E-M35 likely originated in North Africa and since very basal E-M81 are found in West Africa (and some Afro-descendants in the Americas).

I'm talking about NW Africa stricto sensu. Uan Muhuggiag is at the limits of the modern traditional Berber territory, bordering Nilo-Saharans. Uan Muhuggiag might actually be related to the latter, which isn't surprising since the Green Sahara was in part inhabited by various tropical Africans (southern Algeria, southern Libya etc) and it's been already known for decades.

Let alone the fact that the Green Sahara turning back to a desert 6000 years ago might have contributed to some African ancestry in North Africa (Green Sahara refugees?).

Errr...Do you realize that Natufian lacking African ancestry (if this hold true) doesn't go against Natufian influence in Africa?
Well Natufians don't have African ancestry according to Lazaridis et al 2016,how did Natufians genetically impact Africa.

    http://biorxiv.org/content/early/2016/06/16/059311

The samples include Epipaleolithic Natufian hunter-gatherers from Raqefet
125 Cave in the Levant (12,000-9,800 BCE); a likely Mesolithic individual from Hotu Cave in the
126 Alborz mountains of Iran (probable date of 9,100-8,600 BCE); P

Craniometric analyses have suggested that the Natufians may have migrated from north or sub-Saharan Africa25,26, a result that finds some support from Y chromosome analysis which shows that the Natufians and successor Levantine Neolithic populations carried haplogroup E, of likely ultimate African origin, which has not been detected in other
ancient males from West Eurasia (Supplementary Information, section 6) 7,8. However, noaffinity of Natufians to sub-Saharan Africans is evident in our genome-wide analysis, as present-day sub-Saharan Africans do not share more alleles with Natufians than with otherancient Eurasians (Extended Data Table 1).
The idea of Natufians as a vector for the movement of Basal Eurasian ancestry into the Near East is also
    not supported by our data,
as the Basal Eurasian ancestry in the Natufians (44±8%) is
consistent with stemming from the same population as that in the Neolithic and Mesolithic
populations of Iran, and is not greater than in those populations (Supplementary Information,
    section 4).
There is no evidence of bidirectional flow of Natufians in Africa?

    Quite diverse people.

There are lots of studies already shown in this forum about the genetic influence of North Africans in Iberians and Italians (specially Sicillians), but most I've seen do not show major influences (ranging from 5% to 15%). Anyway, those more med looking are indistinguishable from Portuguese or Spaniards in general.
