So it's cool to be a debt slave to the political elite responsible for the debacles in the West? This is news to me.

Republicans create bigger budget deficits. Their tax cuts go only to the rich, while they spend those cuts away on bullshit things like the military.

It's a total myth that the right is fiscally conservative.

Haven't Obamo doubled the US dept in his time in office? And especially making the military weaker and "greener" in a environmental sense. Their tax cuts are more fair, if we are talking about wanting the same tax for everybody.

Did I say it was just the left? I'm speaking about government.

The Tax Reform Act of 1986 is the current Tax Code the US is modeled by, it was under drawn up during Regan's administration and was designed to cut taxes for the common working class worker while the employers and big corporations get taxed more. If the common conservatives really knew what their senators and reps were doing in Congress, they would really know how much times they have been betrayed. Things like the Voucher System for private education sounds a little leftist to me I would also like the subsidizing farming to that list.

I work in the health care field and I see insurance situations on a regular basis that most Americans don't even know exist until they themselves wind up in a crisis and realize that they're screwed. Besides, at least according to some figures the US is spending more on health care than many European countries with single payer coverage.
Yeah, I hear ya brother. I'm not really fanatically pro-taxes, anti-taxes or anything like that, and I do think taxes should (at least in an ideal world) be as low as possible. However, I also believe, if there's a need for it (social, environmental or otherwise), taxes should be increased. I'm quite neutral on taxes though (for now anyway), because I think it's not a real, serious issue, and actually anti-intellectual topic for the most part.

In fact, they are not even the Europeans in strict sense, meaning European as in bearing the responsibility and understanding of European interests. Poland has always been an subordinate country, on one side sucking German dick, on the other side -- Russian one, some kind of "novice" europeans, who are full of inferiority complexes, hysteria and obsessity neuroses. This is also true for all Baltic countries
