Kefir (and also onaka) are great sources of probiotics, however, you don't actually need dairy for kefir (you can make kefir using soy milk or even water).

That said, the soy phytoestrogen daidzein, requires certain strains of probiotics to become the kickass (S)-Equol metabolite molecule, which has the highest estrogenicity of all phytoestrogens, exerting awesome SERMs-like effects on your body, male and female alike. In other words, bra skit

In fact, they are not even the Europeans in strict sense, meaning European as in bearing the responsibility and understanding of European interests. Poland has always been an subordinate country, on one side sucking German dick, on the other side -- Russian one, some kind of "novice" europeans, who are full of inferiority complexes, hysteria and obsessity neuroses. This is also true for all Baltic countries

I eat some fermented soy like occasionally tofu or miso, but I avoid the processed soy like soy milk, soy yogurt, soy ice cream, soy cheese, soy meat substitutes . They taste like crap anyway.
Soy in high amounts is dangerous for women not for men, I am transitioning to veganism now, its hard task but I am working on it.

If you are thinking about the connection to breast cancer, it was believed for a while, but further research debunked it (only recently, however). Soy is generally not dangerous unless you are allergic to it, or on certain medications that interact with it.

I am not trying to go full vegan, but trying to cut back on meat. I find going for spicy stuff satisfies me when I am eating vegan. Big fan of South Asian vegetarian cooking.

But you are Ethiopian, right? You guys have some good veggie dishes that I need to find recipes for.

Yes a lot of Vegans like to use our dishes like Injera and Misir Wat.

I have been doing the same having some vegetarian meals but also having some meals with lean steak or seasoned chicken.Too bad you can't call yourself semi-vegetarian or Semi vegan. But its been going well I have lost 15lbs this Summer.I am 160 now lol.
