Default Can you grow in your 20s

Like a year or two ago I got my height checked. They said I was 5'7 which was way off. They either measured me wrong or I wasnt standing up straight. I got my height checked again months later and they said I was a little over 5"9. For the past while my legs have been hurting and they feel weird. I dont know if its growing pains or what. My legs feel longer and I look taller with and without shoes. My legs dont look the same. I swear i'm either almost 5'10 or 5'10 without shoes on and taller with shoes. I'm know i'm not 6 foot and 5'10 isnt a crazy big jump from 5'9 but still.... I noticed a change. I think I need to get my height checked again. Do you think its possible to grow in your 20s? I read a bunch of stories of people growing or having a final growth spurt in their early, mid and late twenties but I want to know what you think.

Most guys completely stop growing around 21 or 22 tops, but you never know.

I was about 5'8" my senior year of high school, then sophomore year of college I was measured at 5'10", though I haven't grown at all since then lol.

I'm definitely going to check my height again next chance I get. If i'm 5'10 now i'll be happy with that. 5'10 is the perfect height or atleast for me. I honestly wouldnt want to be taller than that.

Definitely possible. I continued to grow into my mid twenties. Probably had something to do with going through puberty in my late teens though... Stopped growing around 26, then got hit with a significant level of facial hair and a dramatic increase in musculature around 27/28. Body is still 'developing', just not in height.

I hit puberty at 11 or 12. Im similar. I think Im atleast 5"10 now and my torso, legs, are a bit longer and I feeled out a little muscle wise. Pretty much got a full beards now with no patche or sections where there should be hair. It has got thicker too. Maybe i'll get even taller than that. Idk.

I was very short all my early life until college. I was the shortest one in my grade until 8th grade and still very short in high school. Once I was 18 (I started college at 17) I grew over an inch every year while in college so I'm about average (5' 9") ever since I finished college. Sorry in the US height is always feet and inches, non-Americans can google for the cm equivalent...

16? I would say the majority of men stop growing 18-20 but a signifigant precentage continue to grow after that. 25-26 is probably the max a man can grow. Thats what a lot people on the internet said. I'm sure they're not making height increases up. What would they have to gain from that?
