Yes, sadly it will be last. I don't know why they focus too much on the European, when white people can easily find out their roots through records, especially if they are from Europe or from the Anglo-New World where whites kept good records.

But the black diaspora in the New World, and those with Amerindian heritage especially in Latin America, it's even worse when these are the people who can't find exact records of their ancestors, it's even harder for those with Amerindian heritage, you have those type of folks guessing what might be their Amerindian ancestors and what tribe they came from

These DNA companies are just plain stupid, if they focused more on the black and Amerindian categories, I'm sure they would be a successful company

I agree. My real % of SSA in Gedmatch is 29%, while in 23andMe is just 23%. The remaining 6% is, along with 2% North African, under the unassigned label (8%). Annoying as all hell.

That's very sad, for people of the Afro Diaspora, and for Indigenous descendants. On ancestry, they give you a North or South American circle, for the Indigenous descendants, but no direct country. I think the indigenous descendants have it the worst, next to Afro descendants, with the DNA companies. Jessica Alba was able to pinpoint her Indigenous ethnicities, and the areas that they lived in, but she is a celebrity, and we don't know when that technology will be put out yet.
