Didn't something like 12 million Germans get deported after WWII? Rhetorical question.

In fact, they are not even the Europeans in strict sense, meaning European as in bearing the responsibility and understanding of European interests. Poland has always been an subordinate country, on one side sucking German dick, on the other side -- Russian one, some kind of "novice" europeans, who are full of inferiority complexes, hysteria and obsessity neuroses. This is also true for all Baltic countries

When no one knows how many illegals there are, is it easy to deport them then? Same problems in Europe.

Do you see any politician condemning illegal immigration in the way that Trump has? No. Did Trump say he would deport 30 million? No. Trump stuck his finger into the eye of the media and the PC establishment in a way that no politician (or public figure) has. He at least deserves credit for that.

A Saudi illegal immigrant has been arrested on visa fraud charges. He came to the US on a non-immigrant visa in 2011 and stayed here.

WEATHERFORD, Okla. (KOKH) — A man suspected of attending an al Qaeda training camp has been arrested in Oklahoma on visa fraud charges. He's also accused of lying during an investigation on international terrorism.
He's charged with knowingly obtaining a non-immigrant visa using false claims, using the visa he obtained fraudulently to apply for pilot's school, and for making false statements to federal law enforcement agents about his travels to Afghanistan and military training there. For each visa fraud count, Alfallaj could be sentenced to up to ten years in prison. For the third count, he could face up to eight years.
Alfallaj came to the U.S. in 2011 on a non-immigrant visa, the DOJ said, and had been living in Weatherford with his family since 2012.

As a latino I fully support securing the borders. Eventually our system wont be able to handle such a huge influx of people moving in with no papers and no way to track them. Another issues is DACA though. I need them to pass a Clean Dream Act and protect the educated immigrants with no criminal histories. Its completely illogical to deport educated, bilingual contributors to our society that have everything good to offer. Anyone trying to deport educated bilingual people raised within the United States by no fault of their own are just intimated and scared that these children of illegal immigrants are more qualified than they are to secure good paying jobs in our workforce.

Court orders full restoration of DACA program

Judge uses Trump’s Twitter post to undercut DHS phaseout

A federal judge in New York ruled Tuesday that the government must fully restart the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty and accept brand new applicants as well as renewals, throwing a potential wrench in the ongoing debate over the fate of “Dreamers” on Capitol Hill.

Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis said the administration does have the power to revoke DACA, but it must give a sound reason for doing so — and the Homeland Security Department’s September 2017 rationale fell far short of what is required in that regard.

He even used Mr. Trump’s own tweets as evidence that the DACA program was ended precipitously, pointing to President Trumps’s claims that he could “revisit this issue” as proof the program could have been continued.

Judge Garaufis is the second federal judge to rule Mr. Trump’s aides bungled the phaseout — but his decision is the most wide-ranging, ordering the government to not only allow those already in the program to renew their applications but also ordering the government to accept new applications.

“The question before the court is thus not whether defendants could end the DACA program, but whether they offered legally adequate reasons for doing so,” wrote Judge Garaufis, a Clinton appointee to the court. “Based on its review of the record before it, the court concludes that defendants have not done so.”

The judge said the Trump administration can still rescind the program in the future if it does it the right way.

And he said the administration doesn’t have to approve any specific DACA applications. But it must begin to process applications again.

Mr. Trump had set a March 5 phaseout data for the DACA program, whose full name is Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Created by the Obama administration through executive action in 2012, it is currently protecting nearly 700,000 Dreamers from deportation.

Mr. Trump had said the program was illegal and announced the phaseout, saying it was up to Congress to come up with a more firm legal status for Dreamers.

But in the months following, Mr. Trump had also said he would consider extending the March 5 deadline. In one September tweet he said that if Congress didn’t act, “I will revisit this issue.”

Judge Garaufis said that undercut the president’s own legal team, saying it’s “not clear that the attorney general’s views are those of the administration he serves.”

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the agency that handles DACA, did not have an immediate reaction.

The agency had already begun to accept renewal applications under the first court order.

But it has not released any details of how that process is going.

Soros Spending Big Money Against Texas DA Who Opposes Sanctuary Cities
    http://dailycaller.com/2018/02/14/ge...ctuary-cities/

Left-wing billionaire George Soros is flooding yet another district attorney’s race with massive out-of-state donations.

Soros has already spent just under $70,000 backing a primary challenge to Bexar County District Attorney Nicholas LaHood, according to campaign finance documents reviewed by The Daily Caller. LaHood is a Democrat but opposes sanctuary cities and said he supports Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s crackdown on cities that defy federal immigration law.

Soros has been boosting LaHood’s challenger, attorney Joe Gonzales, through a political action committee (PAC), Texas Justice & Public Safety. The PAC’s spending included more than $30,000 on mailers attacking LaHood.

One of the mailers attacked LaHood as “bigoted,” “racist” and “Islamophobic” in both English and Spanish. LaHood fought back by displaying the mailer in one of his own campaign ads and accused Soros of trying to purchase his seat.

“We know George Soros is a billionaire who has purchased at least 10 other district attorney’s offices around the country, not to mention other political positions,” LaHood said in the ad, titled, “Your DA’s Office is Not For Sale.”

Bexar County is Texas’s fourth most populous county and includes San Antonio, so unseating LaHood would be a key victory for Soros, who has been quietly investing in district attorney’s races all around the country, as a way to reshape the country’s criminal justice policies from the ground up. Soros spent more than $9 million on local DA races around the country in 2015-2017 alone.

By investing the kind of money usually reserved for national political races in local DA races, Soros has been able to give his preferred candidates — and thus, his preferred policies — a massive financial advantage.

Soros put $1.45 million behind his preferred candidate in Philadelphia’s district attorney race last year. The candidate, Larry Krasner, sailed to an easy victory before purging dozens of prosecutors in his first few days on the job. Krasner had never worked as an attorney before becoming Philadelphia’s DA.

In another instance, Soros put $100,000 behind a left-wing attorney in Portsmouth, Virginia’s DA race last November. The investment was a smashing success: not only did Soros’s candidate win, but his massive donation remained out of the public eye until after the election was already over.

DREAMer Arrested For Threatening To ‘Shoot All Of Ya B*****s’ At New York High School
    http://amp.dailycaller.com/2018/02/2...hool-shooting/

Abigail Hernandez, a 21-year-old New York woman, was arrested for threatening to shoot students at East High School in Rochester, police announced at a press conference Friday.

According to Rochester Deputy Police Chief La’Ron Singletary, Hernandez — an illegal immigrant shielded from deportation by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program — made the threat on East High’s Facebook page on February 16, two days after the horrific mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Though East staff members reported the threat that day, police did not arrest Hernandez until February 20, as the threat was made through a fake Facebook account she created in January.

The threat from the fake account read, “I’m coming tomorrow morning and I’m going to shoot all of ya bitches.”
