    Not at all.

Eastern Europeans have a ton of innovations, and inventions too.

Below are the number of International Mathematical Olympiad gold medalists divided by the total number of participants for each country which has won at least one gold medal (https://www.imo-official.org/results...rds&order=desc). Countries with larger populations are overrepresented because they have a larger pool to choose participants from.

Spain has not won a single gold medal even though it has one of the largest populations in Europe. Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Belarus are among the highest ranking European countries even though they have a population of under 10 million.

Even if USSR and CIS are excluded, 8 out of the 10 highest ranking European countries are Eastern European. I don't know if how much of it can be attributed to Jews though. There have been 16 world chess champions since 1886. 7 have been Jews, and out of the gentiles, 3 have been Russian, and 1 Armenian, 1 Cuban, 1 Dutch, 1 German, 1 Indian, and 1 Norwegian.

(I'm disappointed that Finland is at the bottom of the list. Someone from my high school was a member of Finland's team but he only won a bronze medal. There are of course many European countries which have not won a single gold medal.)

Below are present-day populations from http://eurogenes.blogspot.com/2017/0...-invasion.html sorted in ascending order of Lengyel_LN (sand nigger) ancestry. Northwest Europe became agricultural earlier than Northeast Europe and it got more woggified by the EEF invasion of Europe. Germans are closer to the Spanish than to Finns.

Below are countries sorted by the average score in each domain tested by PISA (mathematics, science, and reading) for each year where data is available (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progra...ent_Assessment).

Scores are thus scaled so that the OECD average in each domain (mathematics, reading and science) is 500 and the standard deviation is 100.[23] This is true only for the initial PISA cycle when the scale was first introduced, though, subsequent cycles are linked to the previous cycles through IRT scale linking methods.[24]
I also included a column for the scores converted to IQ points (where I set the UK average as 100).

The highest ranking Southern European countries are Slovenia (19th) and Spain (31st).

The two highest ranking European countries (Finland and Estonia) are also the two European countries with the lowest wog ancestry and the highest mong (master race) ancestry. (At least if only ethnic Finns are considered as Finns, ethnic Estonians as Estonians, and ethnic Russians as Russians. Also Latvians and Lithuanians are about as wog as Finns and Estonians, so I don't know which of them are actually the least wog.)

Italy's mean IQ is 102 or 103.8 according to other sources.

In Lynn and Meisenberg (2010) (National IQs calculated and validated for 108 nations) which also converted the results of educational assessment tests to IQ points, the score for Italy was 95.1 (equalized) or 94.3 (actual).

EA is scaled in two ways: EAequ is calculated by equalizing mean and standard deviation of EA with IQ. This measure should be used when the question is whether a country's SA is higher or lower than expected from its IQ. EAact is the actual school performance of a country transformed to the IQ scale, with a mean for Britain of 100 and a within-country standard deviation of 15.
I probably should also have used some more sophisticated method to calculate the overall scores in my table of PISA results.
