Default "Not sampled" DNA results . Is it common to have portions of DNA as not sampled?

When I try to upload my raw data file into different sites to predict traits I received for some of them a message saying that I have missing information. When I try to do a chromosome comparison I see portion of my chromosome as not sampled. Anyone with the same issue?
