Default Microsoft Pledges $500 Million for Affordable Housing in Seattle Area

I like how they try to make it sound like Microsoft is doing charity work. When really they're planning to buy up most of the housing around them and turn them into tiny apartments. It's actually a pretty good business idea, might lower the cost of living in the area so that they can pay their workers less. The only problem is now that area financially depends completely on this corporation to function.
