Default How long/when does a OOA population become non African and distinct from Africans?

My question is rather simple, when and how long did it/does it take for an OOA people to become non-African genetically? I can't see a scenario in which an OOA people that descnded from Africans becomes totally non-African and fully unrealted to the original African people that it arose from, yet in publications from geneticists they seem to give this very impression.

All humans including present sub-saharan Africans descend from Africans, whom probably lived in sub-saharan Africa some 100,000 years ago. At some point, a group of these people left Africa and fathered/mothered the rest of the planet. These are what we call the first "non Africans".

You stated what I already knew without directly answering the question in the OP.

everything is determined by phylogeny, not geography. The obvious answer to your OP is that with passing time they would become more distinct genetically from the group they separated from. It's a blurry/fuzzy line..there is no absolute.

I know about phylogeny, and if its not by geography as you state whats the difference between Eurasian and African ancestry?

What makes White South Africans /Afrikaners non African? They are phylogenetically related to the people who left Africa some 60,000-70,000 + years ago. The Bantu and Khoisan are not. They descend from the people who stayed put.

Aren't we talking about genetic isolation plus time will equal genetic distance. Not to change the origin because that would be another thing. I suppose there is an agenda behind that as well, why we call genetic yDNA Adam and mDNA Eve "african" instead of originate in modern geographical continental Africa. I have no problems my genes originate there, that doesn't make me African in any modern sense.

Your question sounds like, how long will it take until great apes or hominids didn't originate in Africa?
