Post The Mammy / Aunt Jemima Stereotype as a Phenotype

Okay, usually this stereotype is associated with a categorized American Black Woman of heavier build, middle to older aged & usually phenotypically displaying low to no admixture. In this thread I'm not going to completely highlight the social or psychological aspects of the stereotype, instead I'll focus mostly on the phenotypes that are primarily attributed to it.

Example (Mauma Mollie; historical American slave)

The late actress Esther Rolle often portrayed this image on film

My question is, is there a specific indigenous African ethnic group or genotype that produced this phenotype ???

Were there many groups that brought this phenotype to the America's during the slave trade ???

If so (..directed towards the second question) which specific groups ???

Lastly, where around the world are these features among women MOST common ???

Side note: (directed at the last question) OOA populations included.
