Default Which European country is most capitalistic?

Which European country has the most cut-throat, minimal state intervention, every man for himself-style capitalist culture?

From what I've seen, possibly Switzerland. They don't even have universal health care there and it is still largely insurance based.

Well, a good question. It is a bit easier to try to make a guess about what is the world's most capitalistic country (anglophones: USA, Australia, New Zealand, also Hong Kong-although it is technically part of China). But Europe's? I tend to think the former communist countries are: I have heard about Poland; Estonia, where I live, is pretty capitalistic, Latvia shares many similarities with us like big differences of incomes between society's groups, low social benefits etc. (Kinda backlash to the old communist regime when private iniative was not tolerated?)
Perhaps UK is the most capitalistic among the old countries.

I think Switzerland is the most capitalistic among European countries. Low taxes, few bourocracy, legal security. Ireland along with Estonia are heading the same way, ranking among the freest economies in the world. The UK is undergoing huge reforms so it could become the capitalistic country they were before.

I heard Russia has low taxes, but it alone doesn't make you a capitalistic country. The lack of legal security, together with high levels of corruption, bourocracy, bribes, etc. makes Russia a crony capitalistic country.

The UK has a strong tradition of capitalism, I mean it was basically the British Empire that spawned capitalism as we know it, but what are the requirements for "most capitalist"? Low taxes and no universal healthcare? According to Wikipedia, Switzerland has universal health care:

Personally, I think universal health care should be mandatory in any serious and developed country, and if universal health care isn't compatible with universal health care then capitalism is backwards.

In fact, they are not even the Europeans in strict sense, meaning European as in bearing the responsibility and understanding of European interests. Poland has always been an subordinate country, on one side sucking German dick, on the other side -- Russian one, some kind of "novice" europeans, who are full of inferiority complexes, hysteria and obsessity neuroses. This is also true for all Baltic countries
